Change to Group Subscriptions
If you need to change the payment details for your group subscription to Energize, you can use this form to provide us with the new Direct Debit details.
Group Accounts Form 2010
As part of our legal requirements as a Charity, every Crusader / Urban Saints Group (everyone with a subscription to Energize PLUS) that uses its own bank account must complete a standard accounts form and return the completed form to the Support Centre in Luton for inspection by the appointed auditors.
The deadline set by our Auditors for returning the completed accounts form is 1st March 2011.
