Change to Group Subscriptions
If you need to change the payment details for your group subscription to Energize, you can use this form to provide us with the new Direct Debit details.
Group Accounts Form 2009
As part of our legal requirements as a Charity, every Crusader / Urban Saints Group (everyone with a subscription to Energize PLUS) that uses its own bank account must complete a standard accounts form and return the completed form to the Support Centre in Luton for inspection by the appointed auditors. The date for returning the completed accounts form is 28th February 2010.
It has been agreed at the last AGM that because of the large fines that Urban Saints have been required to pay and hours of extra work caused by groups not sending in returns, at the Trustees discretion groups not submitting a return may cease to be recognised as an Urban Saints / Crusader Group.
Each group that is required to send in a return will be contacted by post in January 2010 with all the relevant information, but if you wish to make a start on your accounts early you may download a copy of the form here.
The final date for returning the accounts form is 28th February 2010.
