These meeting plans are written in a slightly different style to that of other meeting plans you may have used. They put a greater emphasis on the young people running the sessions for themselves. You may find it useful to provide your group with a copy of the meeting plan and then complete the activities with them, as opposed to running the activities for them.
Note that two of the activities in the first meeting plan of this series and one of the activities in the second meeting plan of this series are designed to prepare the way for the third meeting plan, in which you meet with your local politician. If you choose not to do these activities during meeting plans 1 and 2, then you will need to find another time to do the preparation.
Also, the extra activities in the third meeting plan are designed to help reflect upon the experience of meeting your politician. Depending on the time schedule and venue of your meeting, it may not prove possible to do these activities immediately afterwards. In this case you should plan extra time to get together and do some of these activities.
