Change Your Payment Details

PAYING BY DIRECT DEBIT VIA GO-CARDLESS: CHANGING YOUR PAYMENT SOURCE

If you set up up your Energize subscription on-line to pay via Direct Debit via Go-Cardless and want to change the bank account from which the payment is taken you can do so by following these simple steps. 

1. Make sure that you have the details of the account you are currenty making the payment from and the new account you wish to make the payment from to hand

2. Telephone Go-Cardless on 020 7183 8674

3. When prompted, enter 2 (the option for someone who is already making a payment via Go-Cardless)

4. You will be put through to someone who will be able to help you make the change.  Explain to the Go-Cardless team member what you want to do and they will make the change for you (you may be asked some security questions as part of this process)

You do not need to inform Urban Saints that you have made this change.
