Before you place your order

  • Prices shown on the pages related to this one are, where applicable, inclusive of VAT.
  • These prices do not include postage and packaging. (see note below)
  • All items are subject to availability.

Postage Costs

To avoid overcharging you, but at the same time ensuring that the Urban Saints' costs are covered, the postage rate will be calculated specifically for your order.

Please contact the Urban Saints Support Centre with the details of your order (Telephone: 01582 589850 or email: volunteersupport@urbansaints.org) to confirm the postage cost for your order.

Postage costs are dependant on both the size and weight of your order, but are less affected by the value of the items you are ordering.

For example, it costs less to post 20 badges than to post 1 copy of Storyline, dispite the order value being the same.

Where appropriate we use a courier service rather than standard post. This enables us to send larger, heavy parcels at a more reasonable price, currently around £9.00 (£15.00 to Northern Ireland).

 

Placing Your Order And Paying for it

We are not yet able to offer online ordering, although we hope to be able to do so in the future.

Call the Urban Saints Support Centre in Luton, on 01582 589850.

  • The Support Centre is usually open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Have your list of items ready and a credit or debit card to make payment. Please note that we are not able to accept payments from American Express, Diners, Solo or Electron cards.
