Radish - What's It All About?
The Radish (Radical Discipleship) course is aimed at trainees aged approx. 16+, who are serious about deepening their walk with God and becoming the person He wants them to be. It has been designed to be suitable for those in full-time education or working.
Radish contains 16 Units. You should be able to complete each unit in about 3 weeks, including time for reading and reflection, and time to carry out practical tasks.
Each Radish trainee should have a mentor from their Urban Saints Group or church. The mentor should be the same sex as the trainee and ideally will be in a mentoring relationship themselves.
They will agree to meet with you once a week for the duration of your Radish course, to discuss the course content with you, and to help you to work out how the learnings from the course will impact your life.

It has two parts, one for you and one for your mentor.
When we receive the completed Application Form we will contact your church leader to ensure that they are backing your plans to undertake the Radish course. For your protection, we will also be checking that your mentor has a current CRB disclosure. If not, we will arrange for one to be obtained through Urban Saints.
You should then receive a password to enable you and your mentor to access the Radish coursework on the Energize site. Your password will remain valid for 12 months, which should be adequate time for you to complete the Radish course. However, this time can be extended if necessary, on application.
