Radish Values
Unity
We welcome Christians from any denomination or church background.
Each trainee is an equally valued part of the group.
Each Radish course, wherever based and however run, is a valuable part of “Radish” and will be welcome/expected to join in the annual Residential.
Churches hosting Radish should proactively seek to:
- Make the course accessible to other churches and Christian young people in their area
- Partner with churches in their area who embrace the Radish values.
Action
Each trainee will be expected to out-work what they have learned on the course by taking part in 2 action opportunities.
Discipleship/ 1-1 Discipleship
Radical Discipleship is the essence of Radish. Trainees are expected to commit to regular meetings with their mentor for prayer, support, accountability.
Servantheartedness
We should all follow the example of Jesus
Accountability
By being part of the Radish programme, we are making ourselves accountable to one another.
Obedience
We are seeking to live lives in obedience to God's will
Integrity
Our lifestyles should be compatible with our calling. No hypocrisy.
Empowering Church
We recognise church as the primary agent of the kingdom of God on earth, and the essential vehicle for evangelism and discipleship. All trainees will therefore be recommended to radish from a local church and will be discipled in the context of that local church.

Our relationship with God is expressed through:
- Knowing God as Father
- Submitting to the Lordship of Christ
- Being filled with the Holy Spirit
