You may have noticed that discipleship is tough. In my role, I have the privilege of travelling the country speaking to a whole host of people about all things children’s and youth work and although discipleship is one of the most rewarding things you can ever be involved in, it also comes with its challenges.  

In the chart below are the top 10 challenges, you probably recognise them.  This last training blog on resilience is an opportunity for you to bring together the 8 characteristics of resilience and, using the Word and the Spirit to guide you, see how they can tackle the top 10 challenges of discipleship so that we can build resilient disciples of Jesus.
