Paper and ink are expensive and because we love you and the planet we want to encourage as many people as possible to reduce the amount of printing that they do by sending plans to leaders electronically and considering whether they can present their sessions from their laptop or handheld device.
Having said that we recognise that printing off meeting plans remains for many people the most convenient way of ensuring you have the notes you need to present a session so, of course, Energize allows you to do this.
To print: open the meeting plan that you want to print. On the the top menu bar, hover over
A drop down box will appear.
Click the Download as PDF option.
The meeting plan will then open in a PDF document which you can then save (on your local drive) or print directly.
