WHAT'S THE STORY?

An increasing number of motor accidents have been blamed on the distraction provided by a mobile phone alert and the desire to engage with a text message or photo instantly.

 

But it's not just glancing down at a text. Using a hand-held mobile phone while driving is illegal. The user is deemed not to be in control of their vehicle.
